AI Management
People and agents need a new operating order.
AI shapes screening, prioritisation, review and handovers before a formal decision is made. We redesign value contribution, roles, transitions, sources of truth, rights and learning – rather than treating AI as a tool rollout.
Culture is an operating condition: trust, dissent, participation and the ability to surface errors determine whether technical acceleration becomes real progress or merely scales old dysfunction.
We orient governance work to relevant international and European frameworks, including ISO/IEC AI standards, the EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF. This does not constitute legal advice, certification or conformity assessment.

RAUM FUTURES holds the methodology, project architecture and overall coherence. Additional expertise is brought in selectively when a mandate requires it, with explicit roles and responsibilities rather than a decorative roster.
Culture Connect is being developed through a close, trust-based collaboration with Prof. Dr. Peter Gröndahl and bluvis. Miriam is responsible for its AI-supported matching system, connecting profile modelling, matching logic and data-based cooperation across culture, business and society.
